A glimmer of hope when all seems lost. The contrast between good and bad. Be positive despite being surrounded by an environment of negativity. LIfe is pointless, so you just give up? It’s easy to press snooze. It’s easy to not exercise. It’s easy to have anxiety about the future and past. 

Do you choose to lay down when life gets hard and you have to make tough decisions? 

It’s hard to get up in the morning. It’s hard to do the right thing. It’s hard to remain present. Maybe you should just quit. Or you could stand up. You could get out of bed with energy and gratitude. Just be. Everything does its job. What is yours? Let the struggle and pain fuel you. Smile in the face of adversity and welcome it. Do hard things. Before you is an opportunity for growth. Life is pointless, so be positive and give it all you have.
